So the last big trip was a wee 780kms loop with Tracey on the back.

Friday 22nd June 2007:

I spent the day staring out my window from my office chair in Hamilton, looking at the weather, just trying to decide.

Not much to update on I guess. Went for a spin around Kaiua with Deeknow, Warr, Pete, and Matt. That was fun although I finished off my front tyre coming south down SH 22 .. oh well

It was a good turn out. Initial numbers suggesting 1500 bikers.

So lying in bed on Wednesday January 3rd, 2007, Tracey asks me whether I had “achieved” enough this break.

Peter has bought a Suzuki vx800, and a ride was in order. So I headed to Te Awamutu to hook up with him, and head to the twisties.

I’ve been completely slack keeping my blog even close to updated. Lots of rides have happened since my last entry, the biggest, well at least the longest, was the “Coro loop” with Quasi, Titanium, Road Rash, and few others I never actually met.

I got the hard word from the wife this weekend to stay home, and stay off the bike :)

Last weekend, on Saturday the 19th on August I joined a few Kiwi Bikers and headed towards Kawhia.

Well almost. I don’t suppose the Hornet falls into the street-fighter category, but what a machine.
