A trip to bush in the new GWM Cannon showed up some need for better lighting 💡.
I arrived in the bush with Matt at a bit passed midnight; Matt had bought a spotlight with him, but I wanted something more permanent.
So a trip to Super Cheap Auto , and I’m undertaking a new project!

The all new GWM Cannon ( Poer / Pao / P-Series / Ute ) has a terrible sound system. I mean, I guess if you’re buying a truck, good sounds aren’t the most important thing?!?
But it is important to me! Y’know … doof doof!

The all new GWM Cannon ( Poer / Pao / P-Series ) gets a 4x4 work out this weekend.
So much fun, and a little challenging for my first time out in the truck.

Time for a big long walk in the bush. There’s been lots of things on my mind recently (I crashed my car 😢, I’m out of work again 😢), plus I needed some time out of the hustle and the bustle.
So I planned a trip out in the bush; the Waitawheta track again !

So another Summer begining, and another trip to Waitawheta 🤣
It seems to be the place I go .. and yeah I love it there. It’s close by, it’s quiet bush, it’s got a cool river …

So, 2020 (a lot of thanks to Covid-19 or Corona virus) has been mental still. it doesn’t seem to be ending 😭 !

Mix that with leaving Helen Willard (I wonder if she’ll change her name back to Helen Donnison or Helen Conlon ?), so far this has been a year of SERIOUS personal growth, counselling, self analysis .. a lot of focus on myself.
So today I thought I’d write about some things.

Ok, so this year has seen some changes. Most notably the change of address as a result of leaving my wife last year. But some things, like the desire for a super chill living room, never changes.

Crikey, 6 months since my last blog entry. Lots has happened, let’s start with the new toy.
